Strobel Custom Homes is a family-owned-and-operated custom home building company, created in 2014 to serve the Austin and surrounding Hill Country areas. Our two founding members, Bryan & Pete, have well over 40 years of construction experience between them. Over the years, we have earned a solid reputation for excellent quality, cost efficiency, conscientious construction, and have provided outstanding personal service for each of our clients.
Bryan and his team at STROBEL were a dream to work with on our home in Saddletree Ranch! Attention to detail and a true professional all the way. He answered all calls/emails within a timely manner and always made us feel like we were his TOP priority. His crew is kind, gracious and kept on schedule as much as weather and supplies would let them. In the end, we ended up with a beautiful home that ended up more gorgeous than we even imagined. We’ll discuss your vision, budget, and timeline to ensure we’re a good fit. You’ll receive a comprehensive guide to our process.
Professional Services Agreement & Project Development
Before construction, we’ll initiate a pre-construction services agreement (PSA) to finalize the design. The PSA fee is credited towards your construction contract. We’ll finalize your custom development plan, including the scope of work, timeline, and any necessary financing options.
Construction Contract & Project Management
You’ll receive a guaranteed price and a detailed construction contract for your review and signature. We’ll manage the construction process, keeping you updated through BuilderTrend, a project management tool.
In-Process Changes
You’ll have the flexibility to make changes during the construction process. We’ll explain how costs associated with these changes will be handled.
Project Completion
We’ll conduct a final inspection and walkthrough, ensuring everything meets our high standards. We’ll also provide a thorough cleaning. Enjoy your new home!
